HomeLaura’s cousin Neil turned 21 on Friday, October 9th, 2009. To celebrate Laura and David took him out for a liquid lunch on Sunday the 11th. We went to Bunkers sports bar in Leesburg and found some good seats to watch all the football games on the several projection screens.
It took a while for us to realize (and finally believe) that the guy who ended up sitting at the table next to us was Joe Theismann. Laura was trying to convince David and Neil, but they were both skeptical for a little while. But in the end, David spoke to him and he agreed to let us take a couple photos with him – so David took a shot of Laura with Joe and then Neil with Joe. It was a fun afternoon of football sitting next to the former Redskins quarterback.
